Geely EX5 Launched in Nepal at Rs 54.99 Lakh
Geely has officially launched the EX5 electric SUV in Nepal, available in two variants: EX5 Pro and EX5 Max, distributed locally by LRR Motors.
The EX5 Pro is offered at a NADA special price of Rs 54.99 lakh (original Rs 58 lakh), while the EX5 Max is available at Rs 64.99 lakh (original Rs 68 lakh).
The Geely EX5 is built on Geely’s advanced GEEA 3.0 architecture and measures 4,615 mm in length, 1,901 mm in width, and 1,670 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm and a minimum ground clearance of 180 mm.
The electric SUV is powered by a 160 kW electric motor generating 320 Nm of torque, paired with a 60.22 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery.
The EX5 Pro offers a WLTP range of 430 km, while the EX5 Max delivers 425 km, with kerb weights of 1,715 kg and 1,765 kg respectively. Acceleration from 0–100 km/h takes 6.9 seconds for the Pro and 7.1 seconds for the Max variant.
Inside, the EX5 features a 15.4-inch touchscreen, a 10.2-inch LCD instrument cluster, and a 13.8-inch windshield HUD, all integrated with Geely Flyme Auto smart cockpit system. Additional features include voice assistance with over 200 commands, wireless charging, and a 16-speaker premium audio system. Exterior styling is complemented by an aerodynamic design, 19-inch alloy wheels and a choice of five color options.
Safety has been prioritized with a full ADAS suite, including advanced driver-assistance features, making the EX5 one of the most technologically equipped electric SUVs in Nepal.
